By accessing or using DODGE.FIT's app, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including athletes, coaches, gym owners, and administrators.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use DODGE.FIT.
• DODGE.FIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Manipulate data or results in challenges or leaderboards

• Community membership fees, challenge entry fees, and product purchases are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
• All fees are displayed clearly before payment is taken.
• DODGE.FIT takes a platform fee on transactions as disclosed at point of payment.
• Disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making any purchase on the platform.

• Participation in challenges is voluntary.
• Results are based on verified platform data.
• DODGE.FIT reserves the right to disqualify participants found to be manipulating data or violating rules.
• Prize pool distributions are final once processed.
• DODGE.FIT is not liable for disputes between community members regarding challenge outcomes.

DODGE.FIT provides fitness tracking and community tools for informational purposes only. We are not a medical service provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness programme. DODGE.FIT is not liable for any injury or health issue arising from use of our platform.

All content on the DODGE.FIT platform — including the logo, brand assets, app design, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of DODGE.FIT and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding or content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DODGE.FIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid to DODGE.FIT in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.

DODGE.FIT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
